CURRENT PROJECTS
The Harrison Development Group is currently managing the following projects for our clients:
Flinders New Town at Undullah – a $2 billion 15,000 lot, 3,919 hectare master planned community being developed by the Pacific International Group at Greater Flagstone (Brisbane’s south-western growth corridor). It comprises town centres, neighbourhood activity centres, lakeside integrated resort development, town farm, business park, eco- resort, community / sporting facilities and residential neighbourhoods and hamlets.
Ellis Beach integrated eco-tourist resort at Cairns – a $100M, 221 room, 530 person eco-sensitive tourist development that includes a hotel, motel, family units, villas, retail and conference facilities.
Townhouse Development at Upper Coomera – 69 townhouses valued at $25M and located at Upper Coomera in the northern growth corridor of the Gold Coast.

PAST PROJECTS
Director Stephen Harrison has been responsible for developing a number of projects in Queensland, including
Varsity Park, Rockhampton – a 21 hectare 200 lot residential subdivision, including retirement village and townhouse node, valued at $35 million.
Genesis, Coomera – a 55 hectare 650 lot residential community, with community club, valued at $200 million.
Kerr Road, Dakabin – a 50 hectare industrial development site, valued at $50 million.
RiverBend, Jimboomba – a 360 hectare 2,500 lot residential and rural-residential community, with neighbourhood activity centre, valued at $500 million.
Surfers Paradise streetscaping – a $20 million program of infrastructure works to revitalise Surfers Paradise.
The rollout of public libraries at Robina, Nerang and Southport at a value of $5 to 7 million each.
Responsibilities for these developments included acquisition, financial management and accounts, sales, marketing, planning, consultants, development finance, construction, housing, community management and development, body corporate including maintenance and security, covenant management, partners and / or board members and all corporate affairs.
Responsibilities included overall project management, program and risk management, procurement of external and internal resources, budget control, communications planning, and liaison with State Government agencies.
