His qualifications include a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and a Master of Project Management, underscoring his deep understanding of both the technical and strategic aspects of property development.

Stephen’s leadership is marked by a commitment to excellence, evidenced by his role as Vice President of UDIA (Qld) since 2013 and his previous position as President of the UDIA (Qld) Gold Coast Logan branch. Stephen’s contributions extend beyond HDG. He has been an influential Chairperson for the Gold Coast Light Rail Business Advisory Board since 2012 and has played a pivotal role in projects such as the revitalisation of Surfers Paradise and the redevelopment of Hope Island. His hands-on experience in managing large-scale developments like the 20,000-lot master planned community at Flagstone, and his involvement in strategic planning for various local governments, reflect his ability to drive successful project outcomes.
